It is evident that the availability of enough water resources for high quality irrigation process is decreasing from different agricultural areas in Bangladesh. On the other hand the volume of impaired water resources is rise up day after day in this modern world in order to irrigation drainage, industrial outflows and sewage effluent.

In an open loop system, the operator makes the decision on the amount of water to be applied and the timing of the irrigation event. The controller is programmed correspondingly and the water is applied according to the desired schedule.

The application of multiple sensors for object classification is commonly used in unmanned intelligent systems such Ganador autonomous driving and robots. Current researches based on evidential reasoning rules mainly consider multiple sensor fusion.
